Total Fitness Practice
Follow along to my introduction to basic circuit training.
Practice 17 different movements using kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, resistance bands and the wheel.
Bed in the technique and become familiar with the routine before progressing to level 1A, in which we’ll introduce an interval timer, condense the workout and up the intensity.
Workout length: 30 mins.

Take what you practiced in the first routine and build on it with target repetitions in an interval training format:
- 40 seconds work
- 30 seconds rest
- 20 intervals
- 22 mins
