I have always believed exercise should be as accessible as possible, so I want to offer a certain amount of free content that introduces people to fantastic fitness solutions for life. All it requires is the desire to improve your fitness, and a small collection of equipment. If you have a kettlebell, that’s all you need for my Swing Tutorial (8 - 12 KG for beginners).
For my Total Fitness series, in addition to the kettlebell, you’ll need a set of dumbbells (3 - 6KG each for beginners), an ab wheel, some small resistance bands and a yoga mat. This can all be acquired for £60 -£80.
You’ll also need to have generally good mobility (be able to perform a squat and lunge without pain), and be free from any other health conditions or injuries that might put you at risk. If in doubt, speak to your doctor before beginning any new fitness regimen.
If you complete my swing tutorial and level 1 (which is also free below) and you want to progress through the other 14 levels, you’ll need to subscribe to the members section, Front Room Fitness. The same applies if you have completed the Total Fitness Practice video, and first progression, level 1A.
